The shape of a day

Roughly eight hours, a working rhythm.

The day moves from knowledge sharing, to mentorship, to a working lunch. From there, we tackle a new topic via , and gently move into to apply the new knowledge gains. Talks, demos, and panels happen when the moment calls for them. Senior mentors are expected only until lunch, so their time stays generous.
